| Installation and instruction |
1. As load is changing during working,a cylinder with sufficient output power should be selected |
| 2.Under high temperature or corrosive conditions, the corresponding high temperature resistant or corrosion resistant cylinder should be selected. | |
| 3.In the case of high humidity dust,or water droplets and welding slag, the necessary protective measures for cylinder should be taken. | |
| 4.Must clean up the dirt in the pipeline before 0ylinder is connected,in order to keep the inside cleanness of cylinders. | |
| 5.The medium used by Cylinder shall be filtered by filter element (greater than 40μm)before use. |
|
| 6.Because the front cover and piston of the cylinder are short, the general stroke cannot be too large. |
|
| 7.Anti-freezing measures shall be taken under low temperature environment, in order to prevent moisture from freezing in the system. | |
| 8.Please avoid side load as much as possible during the working process in order to maintain the nonnal operation and working life of the cylinder. |
|
| lf cylinder was leaved unused for long time, watch out to the rusty surface and install dust plug at inlet and outlet. NOTE: DO NOT TAKE DOWN THE FRONT COVER AND BACK COVER. |
