Features

Installation and Usage Instructions

 1. Load variation consideration, select a cylinder with sufficient output force to accommodate variable load conditions.

     For high-temperature environments, use a heat-resistant cylinder (rated for the operating temperature).

 2. Pre-installation requirements, purge all piping before assembly to prevent debris ingress into the cylinder. Filter compressed air through a 40μm or finer filter before supplying to the cylinder.

 3.Under low-temperature operation, implement anti-freeze   measures to prevent moisture freezing in the system. If the cylinder is removed for extended periods, apply rust-preventive treatment to exposed surfaces. Seal air ports with dust caps to prevent contamination.
