Installation and Usage Instructions

 1.Do not place your hands or fingers between the end plate and the cylinder body. 
   When applying pressure, be sure to keep hands and fingers away from this area to avoid injury.
 2.Operate within the specified piston speed range. This cylinder does not have a built-in throttle. If a speed control valve is not used, the piston may move too quickly. Operating beyond the allowable speed range may cause damage to internal components or shorten the cylinder's lifespan.
 3.Pay attention to the control speed during vertical or high-load installations. In such cases, the control speed may need to be slower to avoid rapid extension (sudden movement).
 4.Do not scratch or damage the sliding parts of the piston rod or guide rail. Damaged seals caused by scratches or dents may lead to air leakage or malfunction.
 5.Ensure the mounting surface of the cylinder body and end plate is free from burrs or damage. Uneven surfaces may increase sliding resistance.
 6.The flatness of the mounting surface should be within 0.05 mm. Any workpieces or metal parts mounted on the end plate with poor flatness will increase sliding resistance
