Installation and Usage Instructions

1.When there are changes in working load, select a cylinder with sufficient output force.

2.In high temperature or corrosive environments, choose a cylinder with appropriate, high-temperature or corrosion-resistant specifications.

 3.In high humidity, dusty, water-splashing, or welding environments, necessary protective measures should be taken for the cylinder.

 4.The air supply pipeline must be cleaned of debris before connection to prevent contaminants from entering the cylinder.

 5.Use air that has been filtered through a filter element of 40 µm or finer.

 6.In low-temperature environments, take anti-freezing measures to prevent water in the system from freezing.

 7.Avoid lateral loads on  the cylinder during operation to maintain proper function and extend service life.

 8.When the cylinder is not in use for long periods, protect the surface from rust, and cover the air ports with dust caps. Special note: Do not remove the front or rear covers.
