Installation and Usage Instructions

1.In the event of a sudden drop in secondary circuit pressure, gripping force may decrease, and the workpiece may fall.

   To prevent personal injury or equipment damage, an anti-drop device must be installed.

2.Do not apply external force or impact to the gripper fingers.

3.When fixing the gripper with positioning pins, ensure proper alignment to avoid dropping, collisions, or damage.

4.Do not forcibly rotate the fingers during assembly with the workpiece.

5.During operation, both fingers must contact the workpiece simultaneously and be positioned on both centerlines to avoid damaging the fingers.

6.Ensure that no external force is applied outside the designated gripping area.

7.When inserting the workpiece, the centerline must be aligned to avoid generating excess external force.

8.Do not enter the gripper's movement path or place objects in the travel path.

9.When removing the gripper, make sure it is in a confirmed non-gripping state and release residual air pressure before removal.
